The first question most of our customer ask is, will the stove glass stay clean?
The good news is that all the wood burning and multi - fuel stoves we sell, do all have an air wash.
This is the term used to describe the way in which air inside the stove is used to buffer the smoke and flames away from the glass thus keeping it clean. The degree to which the air wash works is largely dependent on the temperature of the air used to stream down the front of the glass.
The air is pre - heated in a compartment in the stove and the technology used to do this this varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Come and talk to us at The Fire Engine about how best to have a lovely clearview of your fire and how to keep the glass clean, its easy when you know how.
